Our products are B2B enterprise, multi-tenant, cloud-hosted SaaS platforms used by organizations of all sizes across North America, Europe, Australia, and worldwide.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to generate demo requests, quote requests, and trial sign-ups from organizations worldwide. You will plan and run campaigns, build and maintain marketing automation, keep CRM and marketing data clean, and report on what is working across the funnel. Our goal for this role is 4x+ year-over-year growth in demo requests, trial sign-ups, and marketing-sourced pipeline. We are looking for someone who has driven rapid growth in B2B SaaS before, moves fast, tests channels quickly, and doubles down on what works.

Working Hours
Fully remote, work-from-home contract position. Working hours are flexible, but you must be available for at least 2-3 hours of overlap with our US team on weekdays (approximately 15:00 - 18:00 Central European Time).

Responsibilities

  • Own the target of 4x+ year-over-year growth in demo requests, trial sign-ups, and marketing-sourced pipeline, and build the plan to achieve it.
  • Plan and run demand generation campaigns that drive demo requests, quote requests, and trial sign-ups for our products.
  • Rapidly test new channels, offers, and messaging; scale what works and cut what does not.
  • Build, test, and optimize email nurture and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, A/B tests, and automation workflows.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation data, including list hygiene, lead routing, lead scoring, and source attribution.
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Track funnel metrics (traffic, conversion rates, leads, demo requests, trials, and pipeline) and report results weekly.
  • Work with the web team on landing pages, forms, and conversion improvements on our product websites.
  • Coordinate product launches and feature announcements with product, sales, and support.
  • Organize customer webinars and collect case studies, testimonials, and reviews.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience, including at least 2 years in demand generation or marketing operations.
  • Proven track record of driving high growth (2x or more year-over-year) in leads, pipeline, or revenue for a B2B SaaS product, with numbers you can share.
  • Experience marketing to business buyers in North America, Europe, Australia, or other international markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), including workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and using web analytics (e.g., GA4).
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets, funnel metrics, and attribution.
  • Excellent written English suitable for international business audiences.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.

Important
This is a B2B software marketing role. Experience in consumer retail, automotive, real estate, construction, or other non-software sales or marketing does not qualify.

Compensation
£45,000 - £65,000 per year (approx. £3,750 - £5,400 per month on a B2B contract; commensurate with experience).
