As Assistant Manager at Almond Family Pubs, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our pub. That means you'll be serving guests in the bar & restaurant, training & leading our team and managing busy services & special events. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro‑active approach to team management.

Requirements
  • A passion for everything hospitality, a smile and ability to entertain our customers and nurture our team
  • Be warm and friendly with natural ‘presence’
  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service leading to exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Ability to train, coach and mentor the front of house team
  • Be reliable and flexible
  • Competent use of the EPOS, back office stock systems, HR and Microsoft packages
  • A keen eye for detail, always looking for the next task or challenge to overcome
  • Willingness to learn new skills
