We are an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 figure businesses in the US and Europe. We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end. You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers. Your job is to ensure clients are happy, projects are delivered with quality, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Tasks:

  • Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room.
  • Manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.
  • Be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy.
  • Coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.
  • Push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and ensure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.

Requirements Skills We Expect:

  • Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients).
  • Use AI and be comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI.

Who You Are:

  • Relentless Communicator: You over-communicate, follow up, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You catch the small things and do not let details slip through the cracks.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You address problems before they escalate.
  • Client-First Mindset: You genuinely care about making clients happy.
  • Fast Learner: You pick things up quickly and ask smart questions when stuck.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented during chaos.

Benefits:

  • Performance Bonus: The more clients you take and the longer you keep them, the higher your bonus.
  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere. No office required.
  • Growth Opportunity: This is not a dead-end role. As we grow, you grow.

Our Hiring Process:

  • 1 Founder Interview (45 min): A conversation with the founder to understand your background and communication style.
  • 2 Team Interview (45 min): A call with our lead strategist to see how you interact with the team.
  • 3 Reference Check: We will reach out to 1-2 references to confirm your background.

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. Fill out the application form and we will get back to you within 3 days.
