We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Omnichannel Graphic Designer with a background in print to join our team to support the everyday running of our E-Commerce operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Photo editing in preparation for print catalogue design
  • Photoshoot planning & camera raw editing as and when necessary
  • Photography of product details to include in all promotional designs
  • Catalogue Pagination and design
  • Letter & Envelope design
  • Planning, creation and design of flyers and other print publication documents
  • Working with E-Commerce, Management and our customer service team to create and design email campaigns
  • Creation & design of web adverts, social media posts and affiliate banners
  • Working with the Design & Management teams to convey new website ideas & developments to continue to improve customer experience
  • Ensure images are up to date for a website, inclusive of editing and design

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • Creative Degree desirable, but not essential.
  • Must be a good team player and have experience working in a small fast-paced office environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, and an excellent knowledge primarily of the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom.
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skillset, specifically catalogue design.
  • Creative and always looking for innovation in your work.
  • Have proven experience of working within print and on catalogues.
  • Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques.
  • Keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects Jolliman.
  • Demonstrate high standards of attention to detail, be thorough and precise.
  • Be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proactive planning/time management skills to enable effective prioritization of workload.
  • Able to use own initiative.
  • Continually look for improvement and be committed to achieving the highest standards in all activities.
  • The most important qualification is that you are enthusiastic about what you do.
  • Good Sense of humour
