Behind the scenes, our Store Maintenance Team plays a vital role in making sure every restaurant stays safe, clean, and ready to deliver great service every day. We’re looking for practical, hands-on team members to join our dedicated in-store maintenance crew. What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the SMT, you’ll carry out general, non-specialist maintenance tasks to help keep our restaurant running smoothly and safely. You won’t be doing electrical or gas work - just the practical stuff that keeps everything ticking along. This is a permanent, dedicated role (not a flex-up position), with pay aligned to our Crew Leader rate. You’ll receive full training, and you’ll be a key part of the store team.

Your Day to Day Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assembling furniture and fixtures
  • Installing and mounting non-electrical equipment
  • Changing light bulbs (not full fixtures)
  • Performing basic plumbing and carpentry (e.g. fixing taps, unclogging drains, tightening fittings)
  • Touch-up painting and general decorating
  • Routine machine cleaning (e.g. sundae machines, fryer boil-outs)
  • Moving and handling furniture or heavy equipment safely
  • Checking and maintaining tools and non-electrical equipment
  • Troubleshooting basic equipment issues (e.g. reset procedures)
  • Supporting a safe, clean and functional store environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical maintenance experience is helpful - but not essential
  • Confident using basic tools and carrying out minor repairs
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A responsible, safety-first approach to work
  • Physically able to lift, move, and carry items safely
  • Eligible to work in the UK
