What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness are top-notch.
- Training and developing team members to help them succeed.
- Handling stock management, cash control, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshooting challenges and driving continuous improvement.
