Join to apply for the Marketing Manager with Design role at Jolie Beauty. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to add to our team. Jolie Beauty is an independent, fast-growing alternative makeup brand known for bold concepts, viral collections, and a fiercely loyal community. We create products for the alternative, creative, and unapologetically expressive — and we are scaling fast across ecommerce, TikTok, and global retail. As a small but powerhouse team, every new hire plays a major role in shaping our campaigns, creative output, and international growth. This is a fully remote position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK hours).

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with strong performance experience (Meta, TikTok, Google) and confident creative skills to drive Jolie Beauty’s campaigns, launches, and growth across the UK and USA. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be managing paid ads, email strategy, social rollout, influencer integration, and supporting with design to bring each campaign to life. You should be someone who thrives in a fast‑paced indie brand environment, enjoys switching between creative and analytical tasks, and understands how to turn product launches into high‑performing marketing moments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns end‑to‑end — building, optimising, analysing and scaling.
  • Developing performance strategies across new customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
  • Leading creative testing: hooks, angles, static ads, UGC variations, and video formats.
  • Creating or directing ad creatives (static graphics + short‑form edits).
  • Building and managing our email and SMS calendar, including layout, segmentation and optimisation.
  • Producing email graphics, landing page assets, social teasers, and launch visuals.
  • Supporting product and campaign launches with timelines, content planning, and on‑brand assets.
  • Editing TikTok/Reels and preparing social content for announcements, reveals and UGC repurposing.
  • Coordinating influencer assets, PR send‑outs, press kits and coverage tracking.
  • Ensuring all marketing touchpoints — paid, organic, email, PR — feel cohesive and aligned with our alt‑aesthetic.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally beauty, fashion or DTC ecommerce.
  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
  • A strong understanding of attribution, CAC, ROAS, LTV and creative‑led performance.
  • Confident design and editing skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma, CapCut/Premiere).
  • Ability to create high‑performing creatives that suit a bold, alternative brand identity.
  • Solid experience with email platforms (Omnisend, Klaviyo or similar).
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple launches at once.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Someone who loves alternative/goth/creative aesthetics and understands the culture.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset — comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team.
  • CRO or landing page experience.
  • PR or press outreach.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Huge creative freedom and direct impact on a rapidly growing indie brand.
  • Work on iconic launches, alt‑culture inspired concepts and major collaborations.
  • Flexible, remote working with a supportive small team.
  • Space to grow into a senior leadership position as the brand scales.
  • A role where your ideas genuinely matter and are implemented quickly.
