- Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and proposals based on customer use cases.
- Act as a trusted advisor - understanding client challenges and designing solutions that meet business objectives.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new features, releases, and market positioning.
- Work closely with Marketing to refine ICP, segmentation, and lead quality.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.

- Use CRM (HubSpot) to log activity, track pipeline stages, and maintain data accuracy.
- Produce weekly sales updates, forecasting, and performance reports for leadership.
- Follow a structured, repeatable sales methodology.
Who you are:
- You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with others and goes the extra mile to make customers feel supported.
- You excel at managing your workload, finding solutions independently, and staying on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You understand the challenges and opportunities in hospitality and care deeply about helping businesses succeed in this people-first industry.
What we'd love to see:
- 2+ years in sales, with emphasis on new business generation and outbound prospecting.
- Experience in Tech, MarTech, SaaS, Media or Hospitality.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota consistently.
- Sales training or qualification - e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger or equivalent.
- Experience working in a high-growth start-up is a strong plus.
What we're offering:
- Competitive salary + commission.
- Performance-based bonus as we grow.
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays.
