We’re looking for a self-driven, high-energy sales person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by exceeding targets. You’re a natural hunter - curious, proactive, and relentless in your pursuit of new business opportunities. If you love building relationships, owning your pipeline, and winning as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
- New Business & Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events).
- Manage a full 360° sales cycle from outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → close.
- Act as a trusted advisor - understanding client challenges and designing solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing to refine ICP, segmentation, and lead quality.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
- Provide customer insights to Product and leadership to help influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Sales Process & Reporting: Use CRM (HubSpot) to log activity, track pipeline stages, and maintain data accuracy.
- Produce weekly sales updates, forecasting, and performance reports for leadership.
- Follow a structured, repeatable sales methodology.
Self-Driven & Organised: You excel at managing your workload, finding solutions independently, and staying on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
