You care deeply about solving real problems for customers, taking the time to understand their challenges and deliver solutions that genuinely make an impact. What you'll be doing:
- New Business & Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events). Manage a full 360° sales cycle from outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → close. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent activity and forecasting accuracy.
- Product Expertise & Consultative Selling: Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and proposals based on customer use cases. Act as a trusted advisor - understanding client challenges and designing solutions that meet business objectives. Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new features, releases, and market positioning.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with Marketing to refine ICP, segmentation, and lead quality. Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience. Provide customer insights to Product and leadership to help influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Sales Process & Reporting: Use CRM (HubSpot) to log activity, track pipeline stages, and maintain data accuracy. Produce weekly sales updates, forecasting, and performance reports for leadership. Follow a structured, repeatable sales methodology.

What we'd love to see:
- 2+ years in sales, with emphasis on new business generation and outbound prospecting.
- Experience in Tech, MarTech, SaaS, Media or Hospitality.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota consistently.
- Sales training or qualification - e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger or equivalent.
- Experience working in a high-growth start-up is a strong plus.
