Als internal sales ligt jouw focus sterk op een correcte, vlotte en tijdige verwerking van alle klantorders. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat elke bestelling van A tot Z juist wordt ingevoerd, opgevolgd en afgerond.
Taken:
- De volledige orderflow bewaken van offerte tot uitlevering
- Orders registreren, controleren en verwerken in ons ERP-systeem
- Klanten adviseren en technische productinformatie verstrekken
- Telefonisch en per e‑mail klantcontact onderhouden, vragen beantwoorden en ondersteuning bieden
- Klantengegevens en verkoopactiviteiten bijhouden in Business Central
- Opvolgen en afhandelen van klachten over beschadigde, foutieve of ontbrekende producten
- Actief bijdragen aan een vlotte en gestructureerde workflow binnen het verkoopteam
Wat verwachten wij van jou:
- Sterke klantgerichte houding, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële drive
- Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oog voor detail
