Social Creative Director
Salary – up to £95K

The Role:
Initially you will be leading the creative department whilst the current ECD is on maternity leave, providing the team with support and guidance to shape their campaigns. On the ECD’s return you will report into them as you help grow the department.

You must understand and believe in brands growing from their communities up. With a tireless pursuit to showcase what the new ‘best in class’ looks like, you will be a highly passionate creative, fully immersed in the ins and outs of social and creator‑first, whilst truly understanding the bigger brand picture.
You will be given autonomy to lead creative projects and client presentations and will be responsible for creating showcase campaigns for the agency.
(Animation)Beyond brand campaign work, this role will liaise with the content team and ensure the overall ambition and quality of organic output.

The Requirements:
- At least 8 years of creative agency experience with an impressive portfolio of social‑first work.
- Strong understanding of brand and confidence in leading platform work.
- Conceptualise and lead social‑first campaigns that deliver best‑in‑class creativity.
- Collaborate with the editorial social team on executing campaign creative.
- Manage and support the current creative team and help educate and upskill junior members on campaign development.
- Work with studio, design and production teams to execute campaigns at the highest standard.
- Bring a positive and proactive energy to the team and help inspire the agency creatively.
- Hold creative workshop sessions with the wider agency to help their creative culture thrive.
