A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a talented and versatile Copywriter to join this thriving B2B creative agency, who create outstanding brands and standout campaigns for the best businesses in the insurance sector. Working across a number of accounts, you’ll craft straplines that capture a brand positioning, write snappy emails people actually enjoy reading, put together paid social campaigns that cut through and draft blogs that make the complex sound simple. In short, you’ll get to flex your wordsmithing skills in every direction. Reporting into their excellent Head of Copy, there is clear room for progression to senior within 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Get to grips with their clients’ brands and express their values through creative copy.
  • Write copy for a variety of channels, including paid and organic social media, video, websites, email, events collateral and brochures.
  • Flex your writing to reflect different tones of voice.
  • Attend and participate in client briefings and presentations.
  • Action feedback from the Head of Copy and Creative Director.
  • Come up with fresh and engaging social ideas for both them and their clients.
  • Maintain the high standards of this agency's creative work at all times.
  • Ensure attention to detail and flawless grammar.

Experience and skills

  • Approx 4 years' copywriting experience, preferably agency-side background.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity across brands and media.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous but not essential.
  • Sharp eye for detail with impeccable grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

This agency offers a competitive salary and pension as well as many wellbeing benefits and regular social and team events. They are open to starting someone on a 4-month FTC initially, with a view to go permanent. They offer hybrid working with three days a week in their London studio.
