Job Description

Designer

London/hybrid

Up to £40K

This independent creative agency with experiential at the heart, are now on the hunt for their new Designer to join their small, but perfectly formed design team.

You'll help them bring to life imaginative design concepts for their events and brand experience campaigns. You’ll get to flex your design skills across diverse sectors including beauty and gaming, and so much more.

With at least 3-5 years of agency experience, you’ll have a portfolio showcasing how you’ve helpedturn ideation into imaginative designs and concepts, spanning experiential assets and graphics, print and digital.

You are also confident exploring and visualising concepts using the latest AI-driven design tools. From generating mood boards to rapidly prototyping visuals, you know how to integrate emerging technologies to push creative boundaries and accelerate the design and production process.

Strong artwork knowledge is equally important. You understand print production requirements, colour management, file preparation and the technical nuances that ensure every concept is translated flawlessly from screen to final output.

A passion for detail with high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with an excitement for typography and visual storytelling. A general knowledge of digital projects with experience of UI and/or Motion Graphics within Adobe After Effects would be advantageous but not essential.

The role is hybrid and you'll be working in their London office three days a week (this is non-negotiable).
