ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR Salary - £78-85k London/Hybrid I’m working with a leading London agency who are building out their creative team around an exciting AI Platform client. This agency's work includes social, influencer, TTL ad campaigns, augmented reality, AI and innovation. They are now looking for Associate Creative Directors who are big creative thinkers and generally brilliant humans! Creatives with great taste who are current in their approach and who really know what great work looks like. This is a very client facing role, so communication and presentation skills are hugely important. They’re a great team - smart, talented, open and with zero egos. JOB PURPOSE As ACD, the work you'll produce is varied and can range drastically from simple BAU creative responses, to in-person creative sprints and full productions across multiple global markets. So, broad creative experience is required to ensure that whatever the brief, you feel comfortable leading the team and providing clear direction. You will be responsible for ensuring creative excellence across all campaigns and projects. You will work with a wider team of creatives, designers, producers etc , providing clear, decisive feedback, guidance and inspiration to support members of the team across these disciplines. As well as building, delegating and empowering the team to confidently take on work, you will be a hands-on creative with a a willingness to ‘get your hands dirty’ to help the team. Communication
