Your daily adventures and focus areas
Ethical Trade & Sustainability Projects
- Support internal and external reporting for JoJo Ethical Trade Strategy, B Corp, ETI Membership, and other sustainability projects.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve strategy, methodology, and data tracking systems.
- Assist in delivering targets relating to Modern Slavery commitments and annual public sustainability reports.
- Provide research and insights on ethical trade, human rights issues, and global compliance updates, sharing relevant findings with internal teams.
- Support cross-functional projects in areas such as supply chain mapping, ethical risk management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Draft and send supplier information requests; compile, analyse, and report on responses.
Raw Materials & Certification Management
- Support the management of raw material certifications, including GOTS, GRS, and FSC, ensuring suppliers maintain valid certifications and documentation.
- Manage our raw material framework, ensuring ways of working, training guides and policies are up to date and available across all our Preferred Materials.
- Maintain up-to-date records of certificates and support audit preparation.
Code of Practice Audit Management
- Organise new factory onboarding meetings to communicate JoJo’s Code of Practice requirements.
- Maintain and update the audit database; produce monthly analytical reports for the business.
- Assist in audit planning and scheduling in collaboration with the Code of Practice team.
- Conduct initial review of Code of Practice audits, highlight risks, and escalate issues to senior management.
- Coordinate meetings with buyers and suppliers to review audit results, ensuring corrective action plans are implemented and monitored.
- Track audit outcomes, working with suppliers and auditors to close non-compliances and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to commercial teams on factory audit status through scheduled and ad hoc reporting.
