Overview
Be among the first applicants and learn about JoJo. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer care and service in a retail environment, guiding, informing, and assisting customers with a wide range of clothing and products. JoJo operates with a B Corp mindset and emphasises Omni-Channel customer service as part of its evolving digital retail world.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in diverse situations, including maternity wear and related products, to help them find suitable solutions.
- Preparing Omni-Channel orders and liaising with customers in-store or by phone on these orders.
- Using digital or virtual learning platforms to develop knowledge and retail skills.
- Staying informed about new products and opportunities to increase sales.
- Listening actively to customers’ needs and determining the best solutions.
- Maintaining an immaculate store appearance and presentation.
A typical week may involve 1×6 hour shifts, with flexibility to accommodate store requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
- Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to learn and convey product information effectively to customers.
- A self-developing mentality and curiosity to learn new products independently.
- A customer-centric approach with active listening, empathy, and an understanding of customer needs; no hard sales techniques required.
