Responsibilities

• Assist customers in diverse situations, e.g., bra fitting, maternity wear, and demonstrating products.
• Prepare and manage Omni-Channel orders and liaise with customers in-store or by phone.
• Utilise digital or virtual learning platforms to develop knowledge and retail skills.
• Keep the store looking immaculate and maintain visual standards.
• Access and apply product knowledge to communicate effectively with customers and identify best solutions.
• Be a brand ambassador, uphold values and ethos, and demonstrate honesty and respect in interactions.
• Foster collaboration, active listening, and ownership of all aspects of the role.

Typical Schedule

A typical week would be 2 x 5-hour shifts and 2 x 4-hour shifts; flexibility is required in line with store requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
• Competent IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Ability to learn and retain product information and communicate it effectively.
• Self-developing mentality and curiosity to learn new products independently.
• Strong listening, empathy, and customer needs understanding; not focused on hard sales.
• Ability to work harmoniously in a small team and demonstrate flexibility in a seven-days-a-week retail environment.
• Keen eye for detail to maintain store standards.
