Overview
You will be the face of JoJo, providing a fantastic level of customer care and service and guiding, informing, and assisting customers in the correct purchase of our clothing and products. This role focuses on delivering a great in-store and Omni-Channel customer experience across our unique stores.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in diverse situations, from maternity wear and bra fitting to demonstrating products for parents and families.
- Prepare and manage Omni-Channel orders and liaise with customers in store or by phone.
- Use digital or virtual learning platforms to continuously develop knowledge and retail skills.
- Learn new product information and increase sales opportunities through effective customer interactions.
- Actively listen to customer needs and determine the best solutions.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure it looks immaculate.
- Adapt to flexible store requirements, including operating seven days a week where applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
- Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to learn and retain a high level of product information and communicate it effectively to customers.
- Self-developing mentality and curiosity to learn new products independently.
- Ability to demonstrate sales abilities through active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs without hard selling techniques.
- Ability to work well within a small team and collaborate respectfully.
