We are seeking a customer-focused retail professional to provide exceptional service in-store and across Omni-Channel platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in store with purchases, product information, and recommendations.
- Guide, inform, and support customers across a large range of clothing and products for different customers including expectant parents and families.
- Prepare Omni-Channel orders and liaise with customers in-store or by phone regarding orders.
- Utilize digital or virtual learning platforms to develop knowledge and retail skills; stay up-to-date with product knowledge to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness; ensure the store looks immaculate.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs; avoid hard sales techniques.
- Work as part of a small team with flexibility in a retail environment open 7 days a week.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service and sales experience.
- Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
