You\’ll help shape our people experience and relations agenda, lead key projects, support managers, and develop a talented team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, positive culture aligned with our values.
- Support managers in developing leadership qualities emphasizing high performance, kindness, and belonging.
- Manage the engagement survey process and implement insights.
- Promote wellbeing, recognition, feedback, and inclusion strategies.
- Oversee employee relations ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
- Utilize data to monitor success and improve support strategies.
- Collaborate on training and embed best HR practices.
- Partner on change projects to maintain agility and strategic alignment.
- Assist with workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Ensure inclusive, safe, and wellbeing-supportive workspaces.
- Mentor and empower direct reports to develop and deliver priorities.
- Contribute to broader transformation projects shaping future ways of working.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Proven HR experience, especially in employee relations, change management, and employee experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and ER casework.
- Experience in managing organizational change.
- Passion for employee wellbeing and inclusive culture.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.
- Independent decision-making and adaptability.
- Team management with a focus on development and training.
- Strategic thinking with ability to engage staff in change.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is a bonus.
