Each JoJo store is unique, whether it’s trading over two floors, having a quirky layout, or being situated in an interesting location. Our strength lies in the relationships we build with our loyal customers. As a Customer Advisor, you\’ll be the face of JoJo, providing excellent customer care and service, guiding and assisting customers with our range of clothing and products, from expectant parents to grandparents.
We uphold our B Corp principles and aim to deliver exceptional omni-channel customer service, building customer loyalty in a digital retail environment.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in diverse situations, such as bra fitting or demonstrating baby carriers.
- Preparing and liaising on omni-channel orders.
- Using digital platforms for ongoing learning and development.
- Learning new products to increase sales opportunities.
- Listening actively to customer needs to find the best solutions.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.
A typical week involves 2 shifts of 5.5 hours, with flexibility required based on store needs.
Skills required:
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
- Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to acquire and communicate detailed product knowledge.
- Curiosity and self-motivation for learning new products.
