Purpose of the role: The purpose of this role is to help ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay. This includes working with the Guest Experience Coordinators to make sure properties are ready, carrying out inspections, welcoming guests during check-ins and check-outs, completing small maintenance tasks, and supporting general day-to-day needs across the Edinburgh operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Guest Experience Coordinators to ensure properties are ready for guests
- Carrying out property inspections
- Conducting meet and greets and coordinating guest check ins/outs
- Completing small maintenance tasks
- Other adhoc work throughout the Edinburgh operation as required
Required skills and/or qualifications:
- You ideally have experience in hospitality or customer service
- You are a problem-solver and self-driven to provide outstanding customer service
- You are fluent in English (C1 level, written and spoken) - additional languages are a plus
Terms & Conditions: Flexible shifts £***** per hour, to be increased from April.
