Joivy Scotland in Edinburgh is seeking a Guest Experience role to support our Hospitality attitude across our portfolio of serviced apartments, hotels and long-lets. The role is based across central Edinburgh and involves property readiness, guest greetings, and on-site inspections.
You will work with the Operations team to ensure a smooth guest journey, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with minor maintenance tasks while delivering exceptional service to guests and clients.
