As a Sales Negotiator based in our Woking Jointing Tech branch, you’ll be responsible for:
- Generating new business through calling old/potential customers
- Dealing with invoice queries, providing quotes and processing customer orders
- Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers where necessary and upselling products
- Responding to customer phone calls, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
This role is working 8am-5pm Mon-Fri; however, there is some flexibility on these hours if needed.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- A background in a busy sales office role is essential
- Similar industries background e.g. from an electrical distributor, merchant, civils or utilities environment would be preferred
- Strong communication, numerical and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate over the phone and build relationships with customers
- Good organisation and administrative skills
