As part of our growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring social media flair to the medical sector.
Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will report to the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager and own our social channels, both B2B and B2C. You will apply your experience in social media and content creation to a range of innovative and life-changing products to make us stand out as a market leader in social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Create and own the social media strategy across our B2B (LinkedIn) and B2C channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Content Creation: Film and edit video content to showcase our products for educational purposes and direct selling via Meta (full product training will be provided). Capture still content where necessary.
- Video Editing: We strive to be 100% self-sufficient in our marketing team by building our skillsets in-house. This means social media content will be the responsibility of the Social Media Manager.
- Partnership Management: Capturing content with professional sports teams and athletes will be owned by the Social Media Manager. You will also lead our influencer programme and affiliate marketing activities.
- Channel Growth: Your main KPIs will be around channel and follower growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Proficiency in video editing software (After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro).
- Proven track record of growing social media channels.

We need an out-of-the-box thinker who can creatively apply their social media skill set to the medical space and dares to be different. You’ll be confident taking the lead on social media and attend our company events with high-profile individuals to represent the marketing team and capture content for socials.
