For all positions like Junior Web Developer, we offer a paid 6-month internship contract (£4,500 per month) with the intention of permanent employment. You'll have the opportunity to receive daily training through on-the-job training, work either at one of our offices or fully remote for as long as you wish and be provided with a state-of-the-art MacBook.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with the Team to Solve Technical Issues and Implement Improvements: Working closely with other developers and team members to resolve bugs, address technical challenges, and effectively implement new features.
- Participation in Designing and Implementing Intuitive and Responsive User Interfaces: Involvement in designing user interfaces, including element layout, colour selection, and navigation management to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Updating and Optimizing Existing Websites to Improve Performance and User Experience: Reviewing and optimizing existing code, including reducing loading times, resolving compatibility issues, and implementing best practices for web design.

Contract and Compensation
For this position, we offer a 6-month paid internship contract of £4,500 per month, with the goal of permanent employment or apprenticeship. Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, and your compensation will increase rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into a greater impact for the company.

Selection Process
- CV Screening: The first step involves a review of the curriculum vitae (usually within 20 days of application).
- Phone Interview: The second step includes a call with our HR Manager, lasting about 15 minutes.
