For all Junior positions in the Business field we offer a 6 months internship contract (£2,250 - £3,250 per month) in which you will have the opportunity to grow exponentially thanks to on-the-job training. You will be able to work fully remote for as long as you want and we will equip you with a latest generation MacBook.
Within our team, you will be able to deal with various tasks such as:
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Research: You will be involved in market research to identify trends, analyze competition and identify growth opportunities. You will learn to use analytical tools to provide strategic recommendations.
- Business Strategic Plan Development: Working closely with the CEO, you will collaborate on the creation of strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. You will have the opportunity to participate in formulating growth strategies and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Process Optimization Consulting: You will contribute to the analysis of existing business processes and provide consultancy to optimize them. You will learn to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Financial Analysis and Budget Planning: Together with the Finance team, you will participate in financial analysis to evaluate the financial health of the company and contribute to budget planning. You will learn to work with financial data and make informed decisions based on the analysis.
- Consulting Reports and Presentations: You will create detailed reports on your analyses and provide clear presentations to the Joinrs Management Team. You will improve your communication skills and learn to effectively convey your ideas and recommendations.

Contract & Compensation:
For all Junior positions in this field we offer a 6 months internship contract with a monthly salary of £2,250 - £3,250 per month for the purpose of hiring with a contract. Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, with your compensation increasing rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into a more significant impact.
Selection Process:
- CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).
- Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
- Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
