As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager team to ensure compliance, team engagement, and outstanding results. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and high-quality early education, ensuring that performance standards are consistently achieved. You will also drive the commercial success of your nursery where our colleagues, families, and children feel valued.

  • Full and relevant early years qualification Level 3 or above and minimum 2 years Early Years' experience (essential)
