What you'll do:
- Support Program Initiative Leads in the execution of strategic deliverables, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Manage project plans end-to-end, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and tasks, while ensuring adherence to PMO standards.
- Facilitate and manage project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking action items.
- Produce accurate, insightful, and tailored project update materials and artifacts for various forums and committees.
- Create materials and coordinate senior governance forums (e.g., SWG, STC, OPCO, DWG), ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Demonstrate the capability to manage both strategic, long-term initiatives and fast-paced, BAU-style changes.
What we'll need from you:
- Significant experience in program/project management and change management.
- Experience of the Front Office Trading environment (any asset class).
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
