Joining Careers Education is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Children’s Homes. You will help run day-to-day operations, support the whole team and ensure the home environment feels safe, secure and motivating for the young people in our care.
This role requires at least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare with supervisory responsibilities and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. A Level 5 Diploma is desirable.
