Duties
- Support classroom activities by assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to reinforce learning concepts
- Help create an inclusive environment for students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Assist with toddler care routines such as feeding, diapering, and gentle supervision during playtime
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Monitor student behavior and provide positive reinforcement to encourage good conduct
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of special education strategies and experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively xgikmsk with young learners and their families
- Experience in tutoring or mentoring children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and inclusive teaching practices
- Passion for early childhood development and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives
