Location: Ramsgate, Kent We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team to ensure exceptional care and a nurturing environment for our young people in our children s home.

As a Registered Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: * Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for our children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to them * Ensure compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care. * Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and support. * Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment. * Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes. * Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home s statement of purpose is fulfilled.
