Position: Warehouse Operative
Salary: £26,806.00
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off (Day shift: 06:00-18:00)
Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD

We're now looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the center of our fulfillment operation at Morrisons, Swan Valley.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
- Getting hands‑on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
- General housekeeping of the warehouse
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can‑do attitude
- Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal‑breaker. Training is provided!
- Happy to work rotational shifts
- Happy to work 4 day on, 4 days off
- Happy to work in a temperature control warehouse
- Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) ( desirable)
- Is looking for a day shift 6:00 -18:00
