WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and productive operation through strong leadership and operational excellence.
- Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets and service levels.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards across the shift.
- Ensure all operational activities are completed safely and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Coach, develop, and engage colleagues to create a high-performing team culture.
- Manage resource allocation and support effective labour planning.
- Use warehouse systems and operational data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
