About us

At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.

Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to unifiy all internal and external data into a single platform.

Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.

From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.

Commercial Product Manager, you own a piece of the relationship with one of our customers: their data, their questions, and whether the product answers them. You will do the analysis, present it to their commercial leadership, and take what you learn back to our engineers as something we should build. The difference from where you are now is that you stay with it. You see whether the recommendation worked, and when it doesn't, you're the one who fixes it.

Tasks

The roles you'll play

  • Owner of a workstream β€” take a defined part of the deployment end to end: the market model, the target list or the scoring logic, from first data through to something the customer's teams use every week.
  • Advisor to the customer's commercial team β€” run working sessions with sales and commercial leadership, present your own analysis, and handle the challenge yourself. You are in the room, not behind it.
  • Co-owner of the account β€” you share the relationship with a senior CPM and take on more of it as the year goes on, up to running a customer of your own.
  • Voice of the customer in our roadmap β€” turn what you see in the field into what we build, and stay with it through the roadmap until it ships.
  • Builder of how we work β€” sharpen the standards, templates and tooling that make the next deployment better than the last.

Requirements

Who this is for.

Most people who do well here have one to three years behind them in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or an analytical commercial role.

  • You have run a workstream yourself: not just the analysis, but the stakeholder who didn't want to give you the data and the deadline that moved.
  • You are quick in data and you check your own numbers. Excel and PowerPoint are assumed; any SQL or Python is a bonus, not a requirement, and we'll teach you what you need.
  • You can present to people twenty years your senior without either deferring to them or lecturing them.
  • You are curious about how industrial businesses actually work β€” how a building-materials group reaches its customers, why a distributor behaves the way it does.
  • You want more responsibility than your peers get, and you understand that comes with being the one who is wrong in public sometimes.

This probably isn't for you if you want to specialise early, or if you'd rather be handed a defined analysis than decide what the right question is.

Benefits

  • Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
  • A highly competitive salary
  • Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
  • Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly β€” our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum
  • Private healthcare
  • Pension scheme
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Work from abroad β€” up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time
  • Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
  • A company committed to social and environmental responsibility β€” we pledge to be a net-zero COβ‚‚ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes

Practicalities

  • London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
  • Travel to some customer sites around, mostly within Europe
  • German is genuinely useful here and several of our customers are German-speaking, but it is not a requirement

The process

  • First round with our Talent Lead β€” 30 minutes
  • Tehcncial case interview β€” 45 minutes
  • Hiring manager interview with a senior executive - 30 minutes
  • Second senior executive interview, which may include a case exercise - 30 minutes
  • Final stage with our CEO - 45 minutes
