Kevel is the technology platform powering the next generation of retail media networks. We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations & Yield Manager to join our team and work directly with our retail partners and their supplier communities. In this individual contributor role, you will be the operational engine behind retailer-run media programs built on Kevel: owning campaign execution, inventory monetization, and performance reporting on behalf of the retailers we serve. You will sit at the center of a three-sided relationship: Kevel as the platform provider, our retail partners as the network operators, and their supplier advertisers as the demand side. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands that context and can navigate it fluently, translating platform capabilities into real results for both retailers and the brands buying their media.
LOCATION: REMOTE - UNITED KINGDOM. This position is 100% remote. Applicants located anywhere within the United Kingdom are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be legally eligible to work within the United Kingdom.

An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Campaign Trafficking & Operations
- Own end-to-end campaign trafficking for supplier-funded campaigns running across Kevel-powered retailer networks, from IO receipt through launch, pacing, and wrap-up.
- QA all creative assets and targeting parameters to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule within each retailer’s environment.
- Monitor in-flight delivery daily across multiple retailer accounts; proactively flag and resolve pacing issues, discrepancies, and under-delivery risks.
- Maintain and refine trafficking templates, naming conventions, and ops documentation that can scale across a growing retailer portfolio.
- Yield & Inventory Management
- Support retailer partners in forecasting and managing ad inventory availability across their on-site and off-site media channels.
- Identify yield optimization opportunities including floor price adjustments, demand prioritization, and deal structuring to help retailers maximize revenue from their supplier base.
- Partner with Kevel’s Product and Engineering teams on ad server configuration, auction mechanics, and new inventory formats as they roll out to retail partners.
- Help retailers establish and enforce inventory allocation policies that balance supplier demand with shopper experience.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Build, maintain, and distribute recurring campaign performance reports for retailer stakeholders and their supplier advertisers.
- Develop yield analytics views tracking fill rates, CPMs, revenue pacing, and key monetization KPIs at both the retailer and network level.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for retailers to share with their supplier partners.
- Identify trends and anomalies across the retailer portfolio and surface them proactively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Retailer & Supplier Relations
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for retailer partners and their supplier advertisers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Respond to trafficking requests, creative spec questions, and delivery inquiries with accuracy and urgency, representing Kevel with professionalism.
- Support retailer onboarding onto the Kevel platform and help them establish repeatable operational processes for managing supplier campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of enablement materials, best practice guides, and self-serve resources that empower retailers to run their media programs effectively.

- Hands-on experience with ad servers and retail media platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) a plus.
- Retail media experience (on-site sponsored products, display, or off-site) strongly preferred; familiarity with the retailer/supplier dynamic is a significant advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple campaigns across multiple retailer accounts simultaneously.
- Clear communicator who can adapt their style depending on whether they are talking to a retailer’s media team, a CPG brand manager, or a Kevel internal stakeholder.
- Hands-on experience with actual analysis tasks, ideally recent, leveraging modern AI tools.
- Experience driving better results for sales and operations teams, demonstrating accountability in yield management.
