Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Automation Lead role at Join Talent
You as the TA Automation Lead will drive the modernization of our global Talent Acquisition function. This role focuses on improving hiring processes through technology, automation, AI tools, and enhanced workflows. You will evaluate new vendors, optimize our ATS, and implement tools that increase recruiter efficiency at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both recruiting operations and HR technology, and who enjoys making complex processes simpler, faster, and more automated.
Typical activities include:
- Evaluate the vendor landscape for interview scheduling and coordination automation tools
- Select the best solution for our client and lead the internal implementation.
- Work with stakeholders across recruiting, IT, and HR to integrate new tools.
- Research and recommend AI and automation solutions to increase productivity of Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Monitor performance metrics and track improvements from automation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience with TA operations, HR technology, recruiting coordination, or similar.
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Knowledge of TA automation, interview scheduling tools, or HR tech ecosystems.
- Comfort working with vendors, running pilots, and implementing new tools.
- Ability to translate recruiting needs into technical solutions.
This will be a FTC for 12 months, remote working.
