Office based, Derry/Londonderry; 5 days per week; ASAP start.
Responsibilities
- Deliver amazing candidate and hiring manager support under the direction of a Talent Partner/Talent Acquisition Manager or Client Success Manager on a project assignment basis.
- Maintain accurate client systems with notes, status changes and information.
- Book interview slots and ensure hiring managers and candidates have everything they need to support the interview.
- Maintain consistent communication between all parties involved in the hiring process (Talent Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates).
- Add sourced candidates to the recruitment system in a timely manner and keep systems up to date daily.
- Manage rejections of unsuccessful candidates in a professional and candidate-centric manner.
- Support reporting and data production as required.
- Role Requirements
- Utilize and maintain the ATS and any other client/project system in an accurate and timely way.
- Update candidate records daily.
- Book interviews in accordance with availability of hiring managers and candidates.
- Share neat and formatted CVs and interview guides with hiring managers.
- Provide candidates with interview information at least 24 hours in advance.
- Chase hiring managers for feedback and enter it into the system.
- Provide candidates with a great and honest experience, even if they are not selected for the role.
- Present findings on opportunities for process improvement.
- Comply with company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude that supports team and client growth.
Skills & Experience
- Proven success in a comparable administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving capability.
- Self-motivated approach.
- Teamwork and the ability to work closely with various client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company.
- ATS and sourcing tools usage experience (platforms not important) would be an advantage but not essential.
