Join Talent is hiring a Talent Partner to help discover and onboard top technical talent.

Location & Hours: This is a hybrid role – 3 days a week are required on site in Dartford, Kent.

What I’ll be doing:

  • Work to deliver powerful results for both sourcing and hiring SC Cleared Engineering talent, while improving TA processes and capabilities.
  • Directly source and headhunt candidates that match the role requirements.
  • Screen applicants to present a shortlist to the hiring team.
  • Advise Hiring Managers on shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage the candidate journey in a professional, candidate‑centric manner.
  • Create and gain buy‑in from the client for the recruitment strategy – including sourcing channels, assessment and onboarding elements.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA) to position Join Talent as a trusted partner.

Role Requirements:

  • Engineering talent‑acquisition experience is critical.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder‑management experience in a technical environment.
  • On‑site presence in Dartford 2–3 days a week.
  • Utilising and maintaining the ATS and other client/project systems.
  • Writing updates and analysing relevant business data.
  • Staying aware of market trends and competitors.
  • Complying with our company standards on values and ethics.
  • Maintaining a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience hiring SC Cleared roles is a huge advantage.
  • Full‑lifecycle recruiting experience in‑house.
  • Strong expertise at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates.
  • Track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround.
  • Charismatic and persuasive personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability.
  • Self‑motivated approach.
  • Teamwork – ability to work closely with stakeholders and peers.
