The role of Library Supervisor at Cambridge Public Library is about providing the support and structure needed for our team to continue with the delivery of exceptional service. You will lead by example in managing the library's operational services to meet customers and staff needs. About you
We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with a wide variety of people, encouraging lifelong learning and bringing character to the work. You will need to be sharp with your numeracy and financial management skills, and a strong motivator with a positive and collaborative approach. At least 3 years' experience in a library and supervisory role would be beneficial, as well as excellent knowledge of Library Management Systems.
