The role of Library Supervisor at Cambridge Public Library is about providing the support and structure needed for our team to continue with the delivery of exceptional service. About you: We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with a wide variety of people, encouraging lifelong learning and bringing character to the work. You will need to be sharp with your numeracy and financial management skills, and a strong motivator with a positive and collaborative approach. At least 3 years' experience in a library and supervisory role would be beneficial, as well as excellent knowledge of Library Management Systems.
