We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive People Administrator to support our busy People Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career who enjoys helping others, working with systems and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Some experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, people or recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.
- Good organisation and attention to detail, with a calm approach to juggling tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You will provide essential administrative support across HR, recruitment and employee experience. Your work will help us give every colleague a great experience at Four.
- Supporting recruitment administration.
- Scheduling interviews, meetings and training sessions.
- Supporting onboarding, preparing new starter packs and helping new joiners settle in.
- Keeping PeopleHR and other systems accurate and up to date.
- Monitoring the People Team and Four Academy inboxes and providing helpful responses.
- Assisting with gathering information for payroll each month.
- Keeping training records updated and supporting the logistics for learning sessions.
- Helping with internal events, engagement activities and staff celebrations.
- Supporting a variety of people-related projects as required.
