Tasks

  • Assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team
  • Once you have gained an understanding of the Dental sector, you will be responsible for a variety of meetings including ‘inspections’ (client pitches) with business owners, liaising with sector professionals/introducers, delivering presentations and attending exhibitions & conferences.
  • Estimate the value of the business using the correct estimation calculations and processes
  • Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, encouraging offers and negotiating sales
  • Arrange & follow up viewings and process offers including buyer due diligence.
  • Progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors
  • Providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome
  • Utilising our advanced Salesforce CRM system, in order to manage the sale processes to deliver real-time, accurate reporting
  • Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region
  • Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts and influencers
  • Working as part of our motivated team to enhance our reputation and profile UK wide

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience within an Estate Agency business; Desirable
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills; Essential
  • Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Essential
  • Knowledge of the property sector and property trends; Desirable
  • Relevant Real Estate degree; Desirable
  • Experience of working with Salesforce; Desirable
