Tasks
- Assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team.
- Once you have gained an understanding of the Dental sector, you will be responsible for a variety of meetings including inspections (client pitches) with business owners, liaising with sector professionals/introducers, delivering presentations and attending exhibitions & conferences.
- Estimate the value of the business using the correct estimation calculations and processes.
- Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, encouraging offers and negotiating sales.
- Arrange & follow up viewings and process offers including buyer due diligence.
- Progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors.
- Providing ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome.
- Utilising our advanced Salesforce CRM system, in order to manage the sale processes to deliver real-time, accurate reporting.
- Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region.
- Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts and influencers.
- Working as part of our motivated team to enhance our reputation and profile UK wide.
Requirements
- Professional Experience
- Previous experience within an Estate Agency business; Desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills; Essential.
- Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Essential.
- Knowledge of the property sector and property trends; Desirable.
- Relevant Real Estate degree; Desirable.
- Experience of working with Salesforce; Desirable.
