The Role

We are looking for a commercially sharp, attention to detail Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads. This is a detail-oriented role; you will be digging into hard data, finding root causes, and directly impacting our clients' bottom lines.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse complex data sets to identify growth bottlenecks and commercial opportunities for 7 and 8-figure ecommerce stores.
  • Campaign Architecture: Build, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns across Paid Search & Paid Social.
  • Commercial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating performance data clearly and translating technical metrics into business ROI.
  • Managed Channels: Google Ads (80%), Microsoft Ads (10%), Meta Ads (10%)
  • Client Load: You won't be flying solo. You'll be the lead and main point of contact for around 5 of our PPC accounts.

  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax & Demand Gen)

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of commercial ecommerce performance marketing experience.
  • Education: Degree level or equivalent business experience.
  • Certification: Google Ads Certifications are mandatory.
  • Numerically Strong: You have a strong commercial acumen and high attention to detail.
