Marketing Strategist

Johwa Hair & Living is looking for acreative, proactive and hands-on Full-Time Marketing Strategistto grow our brand, social media presence and customer base.

We’re looking for someone who cantake initiative, bring new ideas and own projects from planning to execution, rather than waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Create, edit and publish engaging photo and video content

• Identify new content ideas, trends and marketing opportunities

• Source and coordinate influencers, content creators and hair model sessions

• Plan and support marketing campaigns, promotions and collaborations

• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements

• Coordinate with stylists and salon staff for content shoots

• Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals and messaging

• Create marketing materials such as posters, graphics and email campaigns

• Update the Johwa website when needed

• Explore new marketing channels, partnerships and opportunities to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in social media, digital marketing or a similar role

• Isproactive, self-motivated and takes ownership

• Is creative with strong content planning and storytelling skills

• Understands Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends

• Has basic photography, videography and editing skills

• Is organised, resourceful and able to work independently

• Is comfortable working with different team members in a fast-paced environment

• Has a good eye for detail and branding

• Is passionate about beauty, hair, lifestyle and social media
