The predicted salary is between 13.45 - 13.45 £ per hour.
You will be responsible for cleaning all of our Shima type knitting machines. This is a permanent role, working 38 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 6am - 3pm and Friday 6am - 10am. Rate of pay is starting from £13.45 per hour.
- Daily cleaning of all Shima type knitting machines
- Conducting deep cleans using bed cleaning machine, as and when necessary
- Spotting any wear and tear of machinery at an early stage and informing the mechanical team to rectify
- Ensure machines are ready for knitting after cleaning
- Keeping knitting area clean and tidy
- Ensuring own and others safety before, during and after machine clean
About You:
- Have previous experience working in a similar role or be willing to learn
- Have an interest in knitting and textiles
- Have strong interpersonal skills with people at all levels
- Be able to plan and prioritise your own workload and deal with conflicting deadlines
- Be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
