Job Description
Team Leader (SIPP/SSAS) – Remote
£36,000 to £40,000 plus benefits
Team Leader required by this well-established pension firm that offers first class guidance to HNW clients and Financial Advisors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a senior member of staff to join the management team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of SIPP/SSAS operations.
People management will be your entire role and working remotely you will also be responsible for –
- workload distribution
- staff development
- marketing
- training
- coaching
- recruitment
- acting as point of contact for clients
To be successful in this role you will be a people manager within the SIPP and SSAS arenas. You will possess excellent communication skills including a positive and progressive management style.
