You will be responsible for the ongoing servicing of a portfolio of clients dealing with the property element including:
- Commercial purchases
- Sales
- Leases
- Ongoing property management
Working closely with third parties including other Providers, client communications, liaison with HMRC, surveyors and solicitors.
Candidates will be currently working in a commercial property environment with at least 12 months experience of sourcing, buying, letting, managing and selling commercial property.
