SIPP Administrator required by this long-established competitor in the SIPP/SSAS arena to deal with the day-to-day servicing of a Property Portfolio. The firm continues to successfully source and cultivate new relationships in the IFA channel, resulting in a growth of new clients.
You will deal with all non-purchase/sale related duties including:
- Rents (reviews, debtors, repayment plans)
- Leases (new, subleases)
- Liaison with clients, intermediaries and third-party Property Managers
- Refurbishments and alterations
- Claims, loan repayments, syndicate alterations, VAT and insurance
Applicants will be currently working in a SIPP/SSAS Property role or Property Managers working in commercial real estate. The firm are flexible regarding working structure so can offer working from home, hybrid or office based.
